Crypto Rogers NFT are a collection of digital works of art (NFTs) that run on the Polygon network. This website is just an interface that seeks to show the art of Crypto Rogers NFT and provide the necessary information on their value and mintage. Users are fully responsible for the security and management of their own private Polygon wallets and for the validation of all transactions and contracts generated by this website prior to approval. Also, as the Crypto Rogers smart contract runs on the Polygon network, there is no ability to undo, reverse, or restore any transactions.

If you have an NFT

1. 1. Each Crypto Rogers is an NFT on the Polygon blockchain. When you buy an NFT, you own the underlying Crypto Rogers, the Art, in full. Ownership of the NFT is mediated entirely by the smart contract and the Polygon network: at no time can we seize, freeze or modify the ownership of any Crypto Rogers.
   
   
2. 2. Personal use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Crypto Rogers grants you a royalty-free, worldwide license to use, copy, and display the Purchased Art, along with any extensions you choose to create or use, solely for the following purposes: (a) for your own personal, non-commercial use; (b) as part of a marketplace that allows the buying and selling of your Crypto Rogers/NFTs, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies the rights of each owner of The Crypto Rogers to display the Art for their Crypto Rogers to ensure that only the owner real can show the Art; or (c) as part of a third-party website or application that enables the inclusion, participation, or participation of your Crypto Rogers.

4. 3. Commercial use. Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, Crypto Rogers grants you an unlimited worldwide license to use, copy, and display the Purchased Art for the purpose of creating derivative works based on the Art (“Commercial Use”). Examples of such commercial use would be, for example, the use of the art to produce and sell merchandise products (t-shirts, mugs, bags, etc.) that feature copies of the art. For the sake of clarity, nothing in this Section shall be deemed to prevent you from (a) owning or operating a marketplace that permits the use and sale of The Crypto Rogers generally, provided that the marketplace cryptographically verifies the rights of each owner of The Crypto Rogers to display the Art for your Crypto Rogers to ensure that only the actual owner can display the Art; (b) own or operate a third party website or application that allows the inclusion, participation of The Crypto Rogers in general, provided that the third party website or application cryptographically verifies the rights of each owner of The Crypto Rogers to display the Art for your Crypto Rogers, thus ensuring that only the actual owner can display the Art, and provided that the Art is no longer visible once the owner of the purchased Crypto Rogers leaves the Website or App; or (c) earn income from any of the foregoing.
